Everyone, if I could please have your attention. I have a confession to make...
*dramatic pause*
Guys,
*dramatic sigh*
I...
...am a nerdfighter.
Yes, I know it's quite shocking...actually no it's not.
Nerdfighter:(noun)a person that, instead of being made of regular human things such as bones, organs and tissue, is made up of nothing but pure awesomeness.
And, in my case, pretzel M&M's.
I know that isn't quite as shocking as you thought it would be but I figure now would be as good a time as any for a confession. You just can't go through life living a lie, you know? There are just some things that need to be said. I seem to recall my extremely-old (;D) uncle Peter once saying: "If you keep a secret bottled up inside of you, all the pressure will build up and your head will explode."
Except, in Peter's case, I think he was talking about a fart.
I know that you were all DYING to hear some of my witty remarks about modern society and that in the couple of months that I haven't posted you have been curled up in the fetal position under your bed, sucking your thumb, unsure what to do with your life but you have no more to fear! I am back and...I actually don't know if I'll post all that soon again so...sorry in advance I guess...
Not too much going on in my life. We went to Clearfield (High) this week during school for an orientation and to put our schedules in. The orientation its self was dumb and I feel even more lost than before but I can't wait for high school! Junior sucks and I cannot WAIT to escape it's evil clutches.
I've been getting more into a couple of bands: Yellowcard, Brand New and Paramore (which I was already into). I know that nobody cares but I figure, it's my blog, if you don't like it, go enjoy the dust bunnies under your bed.
(If you're going to spend so much time down there, you should really clean. Just sayin'.)
I was looking up Yellowcard on the internet and I think they are the single most band to go through more musicians than postions in the band. And there are like, five. Positions, I mean. And they've gone through, like, eight people. Two of which were really hot and which I wasn't around to admire. The two guys in question were only there for the Ocean Avenue album and were replaced thereafter. REPLACED, I'm not kidding. Why would you replace someone that you started a band with unless they were being jerkish? This action kind of looses the appeal for the band but their music draws me back in, even if the lead singer's lack of hotness doesn't.

Mrs. Beckstead, I think I really have reason to hate you now
It seems to me that I can find no happy book. Everything I read makes me depressed. Everyone knows that to have a story you must have a conflict. In every good book the conflict is solved in some small or large way, either setting it up for a sequal or finshing the story completely. Every book I have read in the past couple of months has had bad endings that make me angry and sad. I just finished the third and final book of the Hunger Games series: Mockingjay. Oh baby, where do I begin? I think I hated it. Wait, yes I did. It was all over the place. My mom told me there was some serious controversy over it. Some said that they loved it and it was fantastic while others declared that it could have been a book from a different series; it was so far from the other two. I don't think it was nessecarily so far from the other two books as much as I hated the contents. There was so much gore and some many people died that didn't need to. And the guy who the main character ended up with made me very angry because I wanted her to be with the other person. But the way the author made it so she couldn't be with the other guy just enraged me further. I wouldn't say the other two books were cheerful but they certainly didn't have the darkness that this one had. I almost can't even explain all my frustrasion. So I'll stop now before I go on a book drunk rampage.

"Well that's a curious thing to keep in your sock."
My mom, dad, Courtney and I went to see the seventh installment of Harry Potter tonight. Oh baby. That was surely amazing and horrifing at the same time. It left out or changed things that I was mad about but I won't say because I don't want to spoil it for anyone. The whole reason I decided to write this post though was because as I was sitting there and watching *cough, cough* a certain, someone die at the end of the movie I thought "How amazing is it that the woman that wrote this can make someone want to cry over the death of a fictional character? How completely and totally awesome would you have to be to make someone cry at the end of the sixth book?" And, of course, I was thinking she must be rolling in the dough but I kind of decided to keep that to myself. But how cool is it that just regular people like you or you or even YOU could write a book and have it be so good that people get into fierce arguments about it or debate topics about it or have whole conventions devoted to it. I could talk on for HOURS about Harry Potter and all these little things in the books and speculate on whether or not he ever forgives Draco or whether or not him and the Dursley's ever hook up again. And none of this ever happened, not a single character is real. Yet people get all up in arms about this stuff. That just amazes me at how gifted with words you have to be to have that happen. Okay. I'm done now.

Two of the BEST songs on the whole freakin planet!!!!
So there I was in health class. We have been studying the glorious and notorious sex ed unit. We were talking about symptoms of something...I don't remember what but Mr. Peterson happened to mention constipation. Ryan, resident class clown (he's actually a pretty funny dude) said there was a whole song about being constipated.
So that's how this came to be:
Then in Theater we had to do a lip synch for our final assignment. My friends and I chose to do "Your Love Is My Drug" by Kesha.
Worst choice we ever could have made by the way. It has been stuck non stop in ALL of our heads for the last four days. I don't think I'll ever be able to get it out. I personally wanted to do Barbie Girl but apparently you have to "know all the words" to do a lip synch. Haha jk Kylie I love you.
But seriously.
Just kidding.
Ha...ha...
And so before our turn came this chick that we sort of associate with named Amy gets up and does her song. This is the wonderful creation she did:
My new favorite song.
Anyways after she did hers it was our turn and I must say, not trying to be conceited or anthing but...
We were the best freakin ones there.
And there were some pretty good songs too. Like this kid named Derek did "I'm A Goofy Goober, ROCK!" from "The Spongebob Squarepants Movie". But they just stood there and played RockBand instruments. I mean we made an effort! And we made up dance moves and had fun! We did the lawn mower and the sprinkler! (For all those who have seen Hitch) we did the Q-tip and makin the pizza!
I've learned (and believe me, it took me a long time to learn) that honestly, you're going to have more fun if you get up there and act like a dork with dorky dance moves than if you just stand there and look at your friend and laugh.
Which docks you points by the way.
Also, people will like your performance more. Even if you think you're being cool and by not doing anything you, or anyone else, would think is dorky the people that actually do something the people that are watching will like more. So yes we really truly were the awesomest performance even "Your Love Is My Drug" could possibly be stuck in my head for the rest of my days.
By the way, Zeamza videos! They are NOT on youtube because we can't figure out how to get them there but they are on Facebook! If you go to my Facebook page, in my videos I should be tagged in the ones I'm in. So go watch them!
Now!
Go!
Why are you still reading? Go!
Are you kidding me? You're still reading?
I'm pretty sure I've told you to go at least four or five times so just go!
That makes six.
Ok seriously go.
NOW!

"Look at me I'm the King of New York!"
Aw music. One of the greatest joys in life! Without music, most people claim not to be able to live. I don't know if I would classify myself as one of those people, simply because I don't want to but truly music is a wonderful thing.
Of late I've been listening to Adam Lambert alot. I love the dude. He has such an amazing voice and most of his songs are up beat and catchy. You know, those toe tappers and hand snappers. I also love Adam himself because I love how he's got his own style even though I hate his new haircut. He just does things his own way and doesn't really give a crap to what people say. I wish that I could be one of those people yet there are very few of us who actually don't care about what people think. My mom's stalker *cough cough* I mean, friendly student, gave her some burned CD's of the top four of American Idol last year so I've been playing Adam none stop. My mom's "friendly student" also went to the Idol tour last year and she gave my mom a picture of Adam Lambert signed by the man himself which she promptly gave to me.
My friend Kylie introduced me not that long ago to a band called Matchbox 20 and a man named Rob Thomas. I really like this guys voice. Although I do like Rob more than the whole collective band, they have some really good songs I had heard before but had never known who sung.
I've been getting more into Bon Jovi. I love the dude but I had really only heard his main songs like "Living On A Prayer" and all that so I went and looked up some of his lesser known songs.
I've been getting back into Panic! At The Disco. I used to like them alot more but I kind of drifted off as new songs came out. The band doesn't have any new music because they recently broke up ( :'( ) but their old stuff is still good.
Speaking of music, let's talk about musicALS!
I went to the school musical and it was really good. My friend Hannah was in it and she played the part way well! Everyone else also did good all though I didn't like the lead girl and the lead guy was only an okay singer. I don't freakin get why schools always have to do musicals. Okay, I know its so that the school can incorporate singing and acting but still! There are some wonderful children that can act [like um ME!!(without bragging of course)] and can't sing so they never get a chance to be in the play because they only choose people that can sing. Half the people on stage have okay voices but can't act worth crap. I would complain but I don't know who to complain to. And if it's my principal, I'm going to keep my opinions to myself because he scares the CRAP out of me. So did our principal last year but she was mean. This guys nicer but...i don't know, maybe I'm just scared of authority figures.
Has anyone ever seen Newsies? We had to watch it in seventh grade for choir (along with fiddler on the roof which I'll get to in a minute) and Brittney, Kylie and myself absolutly fell in love with it. I proclaimed the lead, a young Christian Bale which we didn't know at the time, my sexy man. We later found out it was Christian Bale and I flipped. I had no idea it was a young Batman!
A little side note: did you know that Sirius Black from the Harry Potter movies plays Commisioner Gordon in the Batman movies? My mom had to look at two pictures before she could see it. Did you also know that Barty Crouch Jr from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is to play the Riddler in the third Batman?
Then their is Fiddler On The Roof (we had to watch this in choir too) which is such a wonderful tale. The song "If I Were a Rich Man" is the best ever; right up there with "King of New York". Brittney, Kylie and I laugh at the way he dances in this song and copy it constantly. Then there are the characters. We were all one of Tevye's daughters. I forgot which ones we each were but we all couldnt pronounce Tzeitel's name so we just made weird hissing/chomping/grunting noises whenever we mentioned her.

"I want to get an education so I can go to a good college and have a fruitful life"
Well
Well well well well well well well
Well
Where to begin? Hmmm, there's so many choices!
I guess spring break will have to suffice.
Spring break the final countdown to summer begins!!!!!! This one week of perfect solitude and paradise makes you feel as though there really, truly is an end to the school system.
Then your thrust right back and forced to prepare for the end of levels.
Don't you just love education?
For spring break we went to Las Vegas, singing viva the whole time. A nice lovely six hour drive there. It actually wasn't bad. We got there around one. Spent the couple of days relaxing and just enjoyin life. The drive back was a nightmare. Seven hours because of a little *ahem* "detour" in St. George. I had a monstrous headache when we got back. Saturday I went to a birthday party with my bestest friends ever Kylie and Brittney. I love you guys!!!!!!
Now to school
Has anybody else notice that I love to complain?
I am so sick of school! I hate english and I hate math and I hate having to go to school for eight hours a day and do nothing but learn so I can "go to college and have a fruitful life" Well maybe I don't want my life to be full of fruit! Maybe I want it to be full of vegetables!!!! My thing is I wouldn't even really care that much except their teaching a whole bunch of crap I'm never EVER going to have to use in my life. When in my life am I going to have to know how to solve a polynomial? Hmm? What about the rock cycle? When am I going to have to know what a abstract noun is? When am I going to have to name an abstract noun? I say school should stop after sixth grade.
